·         Modeled and textured with 3d Max and Photoshop to create assets and environments to transfer to the Unreal Editor

·         Created custom shaders, imported assets, apply materials, and work closely with Art Director

·         Created models weapon assets, props, and vehicles

Titanic: Places in Time                        

Lead Environment Artist

November 2008 – March 2009

·         Guided Art Direction for a Multiverse project; in collaboration with James Cameron and Jon Landau; the Titanic MMORPG

·         Discussed gameplay ideas and art direction with Project Lead and Level Designer for ships interior and exterior, and ideas for the art direction of all parts of the ship

·         Taught basic skills to newcomers and led team of 10 artists, managed asset production, helped adjust the teams’ skills for the Multiverse engine, kept deadlines

·         Created props and assets for portions of the ship that players will explore in the game

·         Art director for classroom of 70-80 students with 12 game projects working in pre-production at the same time (concept art, art examples, proof of concept, ect) maintaining motivation, art direction, and teach basic skills to new students

·         Art director for classroom of 70-80 students with 6 game projects working after a classroom vote that cut projects down to the best 6

·         Assisted project leads to teach new members and preparing for final presentations

·         Worked directly with project leads, producer, concept, environment, and level artists/designers to maintain productivity and meet deadlines

 

Killing Time – Unreal Editor Mod

·         Modeler, texture artist, and art director of 28 students

·         Taught team skills, basics in modeling, unwrapping, and texturing for assets and environments to prepare for future projects and jobs

·         Distributed and recorded asset assignments with deadlines, worked directly with team leads to keep production smooth

·         Imported finish assets into Unreal Editor 3, create shaders, and prepare packages for level designers
